Course Topics

Building a Communications Strategy

Course Overview:

Synergy will provide you with the knowledge to build a clear, concise and integrated communication strategy that you will be able to write in a coherent way which fully describes a solution to a problem or group of problems being faced.

At a strategic level, you will be able to set out details relating to the nature of the problem or challenge, you will find out how to best address the issues, learn what is required to drive those decisions, understand what input of resource would be required, and work through the stages for each part of the process and by the end be able to evaluate the whole communication strategy for your organisation.

Synergy will show you how to take a panoramic wider vision, a longer term view of when and how you can deliver the required strategy and by doing so avoid getting into the finer detail by giving an overview or top level appraisal of what needs attention that will no doubt lead to a more strategic and in depth review further down the line.

Who will benefit from attending this Training?

Those with responsibility for either internal and/or external communications.

No prior knowledge is required to benefit fully from this course.
